Director Proposals
Shady Shakespeare typically accepts proposals from prospective directors in September and October of each year for the following year. However, in celebration of the company's 10th Anniversary season we have pre-selected directors for 2008. Proposal forms for our 2009 Season, Richard III and As You Like It, will be available on this site September 1st, 2008. Thank you for your interest.

Technical and Design
Shady Shakespeare hires our designers and technicians on a seasonal basis. Resumes are accepted year-round and should be emailed to .

Administrative Internship
Shady Shakespeare offers a Nonprofit Administration Internship from March 1st - September 1st of each year. This internship pays a one-time stipend of $500.00 and provides experience in all aspects of operating a small nonprofit, including fundraising, marketing, grant research, plus basic office skills. Applicants should have solid computer skills, some experience in theatre arts, reliable transportation, and Internet access. Interested parties should email Managing Director
